My Human Perspective is singer/songwriter Chris Veneracion's most recent music project after taking a long 8 year hiatus from playing music live.
Musical roots based in the Midwest, Chris brought his moody indie/midwestern emo/alternative musical style to the front range with a dreamy semi slow-core indie emo sound.
MHP (Chris) First started playing guitar when they were 14, when their dad gifted them their very first pawn shop guitar.
Once they had their hands on music, it was impossible to let it go. MHP's influences have helped shape his sound through the last 15 years of writing music, musicians like Connor Oberst (Bright Eyes), Chris Carrabba (Dashboard Confessional), Brandon Boyd (Incubus), Max Bemis (Say Anything) La Dispute and many more.
MHP writes music based on their own experiences and experiences through the eyes of others, hence the name of the music project.
Reviving their musical career in the heart of Colorado Springs, MHP hopes to create music that connects with anyone it reaches.
Banded together to form a make shift musical militia with Chris on rhythm guitar/lead vocals, the guitar and keyboard licks from Chad , groovy bass lines from max and who ever will drum live for them

The Black Buzzard at Oskar Blues Denver is a music venue born out of a drink and a conversation about the old Denver music scene. Created by Kellner Schoenke at their Longmont restaurant, The Black Buzzard drink fused bacon-infused bourbon and ten fidy imperial stout. Chef and Oskar Blues fooderies partner, Jason Rogers, shared a sip with Kellner, and they realized they had both frequented the same closed blues bar on 16th and Market Street, Brendan's. Years later, Brendan's became available, and it seemed like the perfect time to put some music back into the heart of LoDo. They named the venue after the drink that started it all. Today, located blocks away from Coors Field and Union Station, The Black Buzzard at Oskar Blues Denver hosts buzz-worthy musicians of all genres from Denver and beyond.
