Get ready for the ultimate music festival experience, with a full resort takeover. We’re taking over Orlando, Florida, one more time from August 29-Sept 2 at the brand new Doubletree by Hilton at the entrance of Universal!
Expect nonstop fun and tomfoolery as we dance our way into a weekend of unforgettable vibes. Soak up the sun at the Bird Bath stage or heat things up and let your groove flow at Lava Lab. Need a cool down? Take a break and catch some epic shows at our latest stage experience with more shows, games, and acitivties!
With color teams led by our iconic team leaders – Flamingo Fam, Gator Gang, and Scuba Squad – the competition is always hot, and the fun never stops.

General Information
• Dirtybird CampINN is an 18+ destination music experience. ID is required for wristband pickup for each guest and re-entry to all venues. All hotel packages must be of age to receive a Dirtybird CampINN wristband.
• Room Packages include a three (3) night stay - Check-in: Saturday, August 30th; Check-out: September 2nd, 2025.
- You may check-in as early as 4pm on Saturday.
• If you purchase an Early Arrival add-on your Check-in will be either Thursday August 28th, 2025 or Friday, August 29th, 2025.
• If you arrive earlier or stay later we highly suggest to check out the new theme park EPIC Universe - grand opening this year!
• If you purchase late departure your Check-out will be Wednesday September 3rd at 11am.
• Pool programming runs Saturday, Sunday, & Monday from 1pm - 12am
• After Hours programming runs Friday 6pm-5am (for early arrivals), Saturday, Sunday, & Monday from 11pm-6am
• Special Friday Pre-party from 6pm-5am
• Hotel Package holders will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details.

Book now for 10% down. Final balance due July 27th, 2025.
PAYMENT PLAN INFO:
• Payment Plans are available for all orders over $300 while supplies last
• There is a $14.99 fee for the payment plan - this will be added to your order at checkout.
• You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
• You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you''l be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
• Exact payment accounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
• Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges at time of purchase.
Missed Payments:
• If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
• If payment is not received by the 10th day, after the intial charge is run, your order may be cancelled at any time.
• Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

You will pick up your tickets at the hotel upon check-in.
If you are looking to transfer a package please read over our FAQs for the transfer fee and email info@musicfestivaltrips.com to start the transfer. Fees are applied.

• When you arrive at the hotel, you will need a credit or debit card to cover a $50 a night incidental hold up to 7 nights (this does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package).
• There will be a facility fee for $20 a night charged to the main card on file within drawn from your incidental fee in the end.
• Parking Fees are as follows:
• Overnight Self Parking is $25 a night
• Overnight Valet Parking is $55 a night
• Single day Event Parking is $25 during the day and $55 at night
Parking is minimal. Please carpool or Uber to the resort if possible.
