Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from TIXR on behalf of Reggae Rise Up Florida. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see your order confirmation, please email Info@ReggaeRiseUp.com

All wristbands will begin mailing out to each fan who purchased before the mailing deadline roughly 2-3 weeks before the festival.Wristbands will be sent to the mailing address specified on your order.

All international orders will be held at Will Call. 

Will Call Ticket Holders must go to the Box Office to redeem.

RE-ENTRY POLICY One (1) Time Re-Entry for all fans who leave venue any time before 6PM. (Must scan RFID Wristband Out during exit to be valid)

All Purchases are for Reggae Rise Up Florida 2025, not for a specific artist.
Artist, Venue and Schedule are subject to change without notice.
Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund.

Reggae Rise Up cannot guarantee tickets purchased from unauthorized 3rd party resellers (Individuals or brokers). Our Official Ticket Partner is TIXR / Official Travel Package Partner is JamPack

** Shipping is a separate cost that is on top of the ticket price & is NOT included in the ticketing taxes & fees. **
 
** $1 of every ticket sale will be donated to the  Last Prisoner Project a nonprofit dedicated to cannabis criminal justice reform. This $1 donation is listed as a service fee at check out. **
