Shakespeare in the Park — Year Four. This time, we're going to space.

Directed & Adapted by Micah McBay, Asst. Director Kat Elliott

It's the year 3100. Our little corner of East Texas has become Texico, a booming frontier town in the shadow of a massive orbital spaceport. When a starliner breaks apart in orbit and dumps its surviving passengers into town, nobody is quite who they say they are. Twins are separated. Identities get borrowed. Love letters go to the wrong people. And absolutely everyone falls for absolutely the wrong person.

Four hundred years hasn't dulled Shakespeare's best comedy one bit, and GTW's original adaptation gives it a whole new sky. With original songs written for this production and the Bard's sharpest romantic mix-up at its center, Twelfth Night continues our annual tradition of taking the classics somewhere nobody expects.

All shows held outside at the Farmer's Market stage. Bring a chair, bring a blanket, bring everybody.
