Queer singer-songwriter Noah Malcolm (2022 New Artist of the Year, Music PEI) is a consummate performer. His debut EP On Time earned airplay across the country and his homemade video for "If Not" won Best Folk Video at the CIMVAs. He's appeared at Festival of Small Halls, M for Montreal, Cavendish Beach Music Festival, Lunenburg Folk Festival, ECMAs, JUNOFest, NXNE, Manchester Folk Festival, and with the PEI Symphony. 2024 brought five Music PEI nominations and two wins, including Pop Recording of the Year (Feel The Same) and his first two ECMA nominations (including "January") winning Pop Recording of the year. He was selected for the inaugural Lunenburg song camp with Stephen Fearing and Rose Cousins. His single "Feel The Same" was produced with Derek Hoffman (Arkells, Donovan Woods). Follow-up releases include collaborations with producers Colin Buchanan (Paper Lions) and Jake Charron (The East Pointers). Signed to CYMBA Music, he's written with artists like Priyanka (Canada's Drag Race), David Archuleta (American Idol), Guy Chambers (Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue) and at song camps in Toronto, Madrid and Helsinki. Noah also works as a composer for film/TV, having scored several short films, TV series, and a feature film on Paramount Plus. Noah can be found touring in the band of Juno-winning artist Kellie Loder.

Alex Blue (she/her) is a Jewish-Mexican folk singer-songwriter, originally from Aurora, CO, now at home with her family in Guelph, ON. As a neurodivergent artist, she draws on influences from Joni Mitchell to Gaby Moreno, blending folk songwriting with pop-inspired melodies. She first found success as "Alex G" during YouTube's golden era, collaborating with brands like Disney and writers like Jason Mraz before stepping back to prioritize her well-being. Rebranding as Alex Blue in 2020, her debut EP, Good Company, marked an exploration of her evolving identity and musical direction; with throwback covers featuring Rita Wilson, Sleeping At Last, and award-winning Norwegian folk group Darling West, Alex began carving out her niche in the folk music scene. She crowd-funded her latest record Kin on Kickstarter and recorded it in Nashville with an all-women band, and with almost all women audio engineers and producers. It's warm and inviting, a communal space to hold the experience of grief, disconnection, love, and becoming. She hopes it will be a friend to you in your journey of becoming, too.
