Audacious, soaring, and fiercely original, Minuscule is not your average choral group — they’re a genre-bending, post-modern harmonic collective on a mission to flip choral music on its head. With intricate five-part harmonies and whip-smart, emotionally stirring lyrics, Minuscule moves fluidly between playfulness and poignancy, channeling the poetic power of Joni Mitchell and Gord Downie with the layered vocal beauty of Imogen Heap and Florence & The Machine. Already turning heads at festivals across Canada, this Niagara-based powerhouse is redefining what it means to sing together. Whether they’re making you laugh, cry, or rethink everything, Minuscule guarantees an unforgettable experience. Or, as one fan put it: “They blew my mind and soul apart into tiny pieces, only to sew me back together with stunning voices and powerful, clever, beautiful lyrics.” Offering a genre-bending blend of intricate five-part vocal harmonies and emotionally stirring, tongue-in-cheek lyricism, Minuscule has continued to win over every audience they've encountered. They have collaborated with genre-spanning Juno- and Polaris-nominated artists, from wistful indie-folk group Great Lake Swimmers, to epic heavy-metal duo Vile Creature – the latter for which they received a JUNO nod for their choral arrangements.
