RAIN POLICY

Every effort will be made to play each Boomers game as scheduled. If severe weather is in the area, please check the Boomers website at www.boomersbaseball.com and all social media platforms for updates. If a game must be cancelled, the Boomers website will be updated immediately, and tickets may be exchanged for admission to any remaining regular season home game, based on availability.

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

This ticket is revocable license. Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected at the sole discretion of Salvi Sports Enterprises, LLC (the Schaumburg Boomers). The Schaumburg Boomers may refuse admission to, or eject; any ticket holder without refund if the holder fails to comply with these terms, is deemed to be acting in disorderly manner or does otherwise not comply with stadium, game or Schaumburg Boomers policies. Ticket holder assumes all risks incidental to the game or related events to which this ticket admits holder, including the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged properly and person injury. Holder consists to the Schaumburg Boomers’ use of Holder’s image/likeness/actions/statements in pictures/video/audio taken at the game without further authorization or compensation. Holder and Holder’s belongings may be searched upon entry and Holder consents to such searches and to waive any related claims that may rise. All sales are final. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. Lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets or those offered for resale at an unlawful premium, will not be honored. The ticket holder may not enter the stadium or otherwise use this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the expressed written consent of the Schaumburg Boomers.

WARNING

By using this ticket and entering the stadium, the ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game of baseball, whether such risks occur prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including specifically (but not limited to) the danger of being injured by thrown bats and thrown or batted balls, or promotion materials. The holder further specifically agrees that Salvi Sports Enterprises LLC, PLS Holdings LLC, The Frontier League, the Village of Schaumburg, the participating clubs and their agents, employees and players are not liable for any injuries from such causes and hereby waives and releases the same of such any causes.

RAIN CHECK NOTICE

In the event that an official game (4 ½ innings) is not played, this ticket will be good for any subsequent regular season game in the same season but must be exchanged at the box office for this price ticket, subject to availability.

FOOD POLICY

No food or beverage is permitted to be carried into the stadium at any time.
