Q: What does the “Full House” Sphere 2026 Ticket include?
A: The “Full House” Sphere 2026 Ticket grants general admission floor access with early entry to as many Life Burns Faster shows as you choose to attend. It also includes one (1) personalized commemorative metal laminate.* Please note: early entry for “Full House” Sphere 2026 Ticket holders occurs after First Entry GA package holders and before general admission entry. Snake Pit access is not included and must be purchased via a separate Enhanced Experience package.
*Personalization available only for purchases made before July 13th 2026. Otherwise, a generic tour laminate will be provided.
Q: Can I use my "Full House" Sphere 2026 Ticket to attend any Metallica concert?
A: No. This ticket is only valid for Metallica shows announced as part of the "Full House" Sphere 2026 Ticket. It is not valid for festivals, promotional appearances, benefit concerts, or any Metallica dates not included in the official announcement.
Q: Will “Full House” Sphere 2026 Ticket holders have the first chance to access early entry to the concert?
A: No. “Full House” Sphere 2026 ticketholders receive early entry access, but only after the First Entry GA Package customers. Both groups will enter before general admission ticketholders.
Q: When will I be able to personalize my laminate?
A: If your purchase is made before July 13th 2026 you will receive an email prompting you to submit your personalizations. Personalizations can be made within the RSVP portal. A login will be sent to you after July 13th 2026. Late purchases will receive a non-personalized laminate. Once submitted, your personalized information cannot be changed.
Q: How will I receive my "Full House" Sphere 2026 Tickets personalized laminate?
A: Your laminate will be available for pick-up at Check-In on the day of the first show you attend. Tickets will be distributed on-site at each event after you RSVP and will not be posted or shipped in advance.
Q: I’ve lost my laminate. Can it be replaced?
A: Unfortunately, personalized laminates cannot be reissued. If lost, you may still check in using a valid photo ID.
Q: Can my personalized laminate or tickets be shipped to me?
A: No. Your laminate must be collected in person at Check-In. Laminates will only be released to the named ticket holder. Tickets must be collected prior to each show you RSVP for.
Q: Is there a purchase limit?
A: Yes. You may purchase up to two (2)"Full House" Sphere 2026 Tickets. One laminate will be issued in the purchaser’s name, and one may be assigned to another guest at the time of purchase. Assigned names cannot be changed after purchase.
Q: How do I reserve tickets for each show I want to attend?
A: After July 13th 2026 you will be sent an email which will include a login to the RSVP portal, where you can register for each date you wish to attend. All reservations must be made before 30 days of the show which you wish to attend.
Q: When will I receive more information about the shows I have reserved tickets for?
A: Once you’ve reserved a show, you will receive a confirmation email 3–5 days before the event with full details on Check-In, entry, venue policies, and timing. If you have not received the pre show mailer and your show is less than 3 days away, please fill in our Customer Service Inquiry Form.
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: Yes. Standard point-and-shoot cameras and mobile phones are permitted. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed.
Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Yes. Sphere strictly limits bags to small clutches, purses, or fanny packs no larger than 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in.
Q: Can someone else use my "Full House" Sphere 2026 Tickets?
A: No. "Full House" Sphere 2026 Tickets are strictly non-transferable. You will be required to present a valid photo ID that matches the name provided at the time of purchase.
Q: Is parking included?
A: No. Parking is not included with your ticket.
