On Thursday November 13th join us as Award Winning Chef Charles Andres takes to the culinary stage for an evening of Hawaiian-inspired cuisine infused with asian flavor. 

Inspired by his extensive exposure to varied styles and influences being raised in Maui and throughout his career at the helm of some of the countries top Roy’s Restaurants, Chef Charles Andres has designed the menu for the very first AD Dinner Club from the finest ingredients available.   Educated at the Maui Community College and through years of tutelage by Roy Yamaguchi, Chef Charles Andres has grown to become an Executive Partner at two Roy’s restaurants and won Chef Partner of the year twice; a prestigious award for excellence in multiple disciplines.

This installment of Dinner Club features Chef Charles at his best, with complete creative control over each course and pairing.
